What floor types do you handle?
The service can be provided on tile, marble, granite, vinyl, and wooden floors using the cleaning supplies provided by the customer.
Do you move furniture?
Only light furniture, such as chairs or small tables, may be moved if required. Heavy furniture will not be moved.
Is the disinfectant safe for pets?
The service uses the cleaning solution provided by the customer. Please choose a product that is suitable for your home and pets if needed.
Can I reschedule or cancel my booking?
Yes, you can reschedule or cancel up to 2 hours before the scheduled time at no extra charge through the app.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and Presto wallet. Pay securely through the Presto app.
