Frequently asked questions
Can I replace the maid if not satisfied?
Yes, you can request a replacement anytime at no extra cost. We will assign a new maid within 1-2 days.
What happens on public holidays?
Service continues on all days as per your plan. If the maid is unavailable, a substitute is sent.
Does the maid bring cleaning supplies?
Basic supplies like broom, mop, and bucket should be provided by you. Cleaning agents are brought by the maid.
Can I add cooking to the maid service?
Cooking is a separate service. You can book our Personal Chef service alongside maid service.
