Frequently asked questions
Do you use my washing machine?
Yes. The service is performed using your washing machine. Hand washing is not included.
Do you provide detergent?
No. Customers must provide detergent and all laundry supplies required for the service.
Can you handle silk or wool?
Yes, if your washing machine and garment care instructions support these fabrics. Special fabric care should be informed before the service.
Can I reschedule or cancel my booking?
Yes, you can reschedule or cancel up to 2 hours before the scheduled time at no extra charge through the app.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and Presto wallet. Pay securely through the Presto app.
