- Hazardous or biomedical waste
- Construction & demolition debris
- Chemical or paint disposal
- Septic or drainage cleaning
- Loose waste that is not packed or ready for pickup
Frequently asked questions
What items can I give for pickup?
You can give newspapers, cardboard, plastic, bottles, cans, books, and other eligible dry household scrap up to 10 kg.
Can you pick up old furniture or large appliances?
No. This service is only for small dry household scrap up to 10 kg. Large furniture, appliances, mattresses, and bulky items are not included.
Is there a weight limit?
Yes. The maximum pickup limit is 10 kg per booking. Additional weight requires a separate booking.
Do you recycle?
Collected items are handed over to the appropriate disposal or recycling channel whenever possible. Recycling cannot be guaranteed for every item.
Can I reschedule or cancel my booking?
Yes, you can reschedule or cancel up to 2 hours before the scheduled time at no extra charge through the app.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and Presto wallet. Pay securely through the Presto app.
