Do you bring your own iron?
No. Customers must provide a working iron, ironing board, and power supply for the service.
How many clothes per session?
The number of garments depends on the fabric type, ironing difficulty, and booked service duration.
Can you iron delicate fabrics?
Yes, delicate fabrics can be ironed if the customer provides the appropriate instructions and settings.
Can I reschedule or cancel my booking?
Yes, you can reschedule or cancel up to 2 hours before the scheduled time at no extra charge through the app.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and Presto wallet. Pay securely through the Presto app.
