Do you need a water supply?
Yes. Please provide a water supply, parking space, and all required car cleaning supplies and equipment.
How long does a car wash take?
The service duration depends on the vehicle type and the selected service.
Can you wash SUVs?
Yes. Hatchbacks, sedans, SUVs, and similar vehicles can be cleaned. Larger vehicles may require additional time.
Can I reschedule or cancel my booking?
Yes, you can reschedule or cancel up to 2 hours before the scheduled time at no extra charge through the app.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and Presto wallet. Pay securely through the Presto app.
