Do you need my bike keys?
Yes. Please keep your bike key available if it is required to move or position the bike during the service.
Is chain lubrication included?
No. This service includes chain area cleaning only. Chain lubrication is not included.
How often should I wash my bike?
We recommend washing your bike every 1 to 2 weeks, depending on your usage and riding conditions.
Can I reschedule or cancel my booking?
Yes, you can reschedule or cancel up to 2 hours before the scheduled time at no extra charge through the app.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and Presto wallet. Pay securely through the Presto app.
