Yes, light bird droppings and surface dirt are cleaned as part of the service. Permanent stains may remain.
What about a large terrace balcony?
Larger balconies may require additional booking time, depending on the size and condition.
Can you clean the balcony grill?
Yes, accessible balcony grills and railings are cleaned. Detailed rust removal or repainting is not included.
Can I reschedule or cancel my booking?
Yes, you can reschedule or cancel up to 2 hours before the scheduled time at no extra charge through the app.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and Presto wallet. Pay securely through the Presto app.
